Inkwell Writer Agreement

Version 2026-10-11. By creating a writer account, you agree that:

1. Original work. Everything I publish on Inkwell is my own original work, or work I have the right to share. I will not publish plagiarized or copied content.
2. I own my content. Inkwell does not own any content on the site. I keep full ownership of my poems and writing.
3. I am responsible for my content. I am solely responsible for what I publish, including any claims made about it.
4. Community guidelines. I will not publish content that threatens safety, harasses or targets others, promotes violence, contains hate speech, or is otherwise harmful. The site admin may remove any content or post that breaks these guidelines, without notice.
5. AI-generated content. Any content created or rewritten with AI (including Inkwell's Smart Rewrite) will be labeled as AI-generated.
6. Updates. These terms may be updated, and I'll be asked to accept major changes.
