Feel your heart beat.
Slow, Rhythmic, Steady, Certain.
But what if that which you take for granted were to suddenly stop? How, then, would you feel
We carry on as if all is well, never doubting the promised existence of the next beat.
Like a war drum, we march on, keeping time, until shot through the heart... the beat stops... then it is picked back up
by a fearful soldier and the beating begins again.
