Starry, starry evening light,
Smiling down the moon so bright.
Sorrows fade as you wear that grin,
Lighten my soul from heavy burden.
Each day the same, bleeding red,
A beating heart—left for dead.
Whisper words for me to take,
Your wisdom, Luna, will guide my fate.
Lying hear, no strength to stand;
Your stoicism boasts of something more grand;
Your resolve impassions a spark to ignite,
In stolid admiration, I rise to the fight.
