Light the Universe

2/11/2019
the light in your eyes
the warmth of your touch
paints poetry on the canvas
of lost words and forgotten love
sows seeds that bloom into
the garden of life
without your light
the garden would not grow
but because of your light
it flourishes, vast and beautiful
with all the colors
of the universe
