Who are you to ignore my plea?
Take your presumption, shove it deep inside.
You call yourself a doctor... that title you belie.
Bury your nose back in that chart.
Keep theory and practice far apart.
Behind that veil of ignorance, accountability departs.
Sustenance you refuse to provide.
