What would happen
if I were gone
Would anyone notice
Would anyone care
Maybe at first
people would cry
But they would get over it
and move on with their lives
Would anyone feel
a gaping void
One that can't be filled
a black hole for all their joy
Or would people just shrug
and continue one their way
A memory that fades
A forgotten yesterday
