turn your back to those who care most
you can feel the discomfort
trailing you like your shadow
yet you keep walking
you know I'm hurt
and I know I can't keep you near
you aren't doing this
out of spite or malice
you have needs too
and I would never keep you
from filling those needs
It's okay
you can go
