Suspense be for naught
For a lifetime has wrought
Diamonds from woes
Pearls to prose.
An indelible wait
But not a minute late
Arm in arm you appear
Holding back tears
Down the aisle you glide
Until we're side by side
A whole life for this
One single kiss
With two simple words
I am forever yours.
