Slowly strip your wires bare
Shed the restrictive sheath
Static climbs, desires flare
Free what hides beneath
Watch the air begin to spark
Before our fingers meet
A pulse that jumps across the arc
The circuit is complete
A current hums with shared intent
A fever through the line
Till each and every volt is spent
Polarity combined
