Once Gloomy

by ·

8/30/2017
Steel gray yields to a summer blue
as the skies open
revealing golden radiance.
The day's dreary worries depart
leaving only glory and grace.
Reclining in the beauty of now
soaking up all that is bright and warm
rejoicing in the good fortune
of this perfect, once gloomy, day.
