does anyone care
i pass through this life
ill-prepared
i’m scared, they stare
i’m unaware
that I walk the streets
naked, bare
dashing eyes
i realize
the happiness of
my past is lies
paralyzed
they scrutinize
when I fail
don’t be surprised
to this day
i beg, I pray
but no one believes me
when I say
my nerves are frayed
prostrate I lay
