Bird and Feather

by ·

7/29/2018
Tethered together like bird and feather
mind and body connected but separate
from one's self, which lives outside
the molecules and atoms of the universe,
existing in a place call There, where mind
and body matter not, bones and brain, no,
only this state of eternal transience we call
the Now. To find one's self, one must first
lose one's self. Only then will the exploration
yield fruit. So throw away body, disregard
mind, allow them to live in harmony,
unknowing. Seek what you wish to lose.
